How do I get my tracking number?
Youwill only receive a tracking number if you've selected the shipping optionwhich includes tracking. Once your order is fulfilled, your tracking numberwill be emailed to you.

We are not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages.
Incorrect Address
If the customer has inputted the incorrect address, we can't replace lost packages. Please make sure your address is correct including your apartment room number.

Damaged/Defective Product
If the product you purchased is damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package at dandaurbanstore@gmail.com (Include your full name, phone number and order number) to receive a replacement.

Are your shirts unisex?
All of the products on our site are unisex unless specified in the product description?
Product Care
1) Cotton is a durable fabric that can generally tolerate the agitation of being machine washed and dried with no ill effects. Any items with special decorations like sequins or screen printing will require special care though.
2)For best results, machine wash cotton items in cold or warm water. Do not use hot water as it may shrink the cotton.
3)Use a normal wash cycle and regular detergent (with color safe bleach if desired).
4) Tumble dry on a low setting, then promptly remove the item from the dryer to avoid wrinkles.

Our Garments are a relaxed regular fit, if you like your clothing "oversized “we recommend taking one size up for a more streetwear oversized fit. (Please note that these size charts are just estimates and individual measurements may vary slightly from piece to piece.)
